Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) was
formed in 2003 by three veteran institutional sales professionals. The
founders, previously with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase, have each
specialised in the sale of short-term institutional investments to the treasury
marketplace since the early 1990s. ICD provides short-term liquidity investment
vehicles and robust research/analytical tools, such as TransparencyPlus, whichallows the investor to view their marketplace exposure. The primary
expertise of ICD is providing an operationally efficient approach, or
“One-Stop-Shop,” to Institutional Money Market Funds.

equipped to provide comprehensive global solutions for today’s treasury
management.
