I have special dietary/ access requests? Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any special dietary or access needs. Any requests made at the conference may not be able to be catered for.
When will I receive joining instructions for the conference? All joining instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to the event. Information regarding the programme, choice streams, venue and accommodation can be found on this website.
When will I receive my delegate pack and name badge? You will receive these at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
What are your cancellation and substitution policies? Your booking is guaranteed on completion of the booking form and is subject to the below Cancellation Policy. Payment must be received prior to the Event and we reserve the right to prevent admittance if payment has not been made. This invoice is payable within 30 days (or prior to the Event if the invoice is dated fewer than 30 days before the Event date). Please make any cheques payable to Redactive Events Ltd.
Cancellation Policy • 100% refund if cancellation is made by the 10 April 2013
• 50% refund if cancellation is made by the 9 June 2013
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after the 9th of June or for non attendance on the day.
Written notification of intent to cancel must be sent to Redactive Events Limited by recorded delivery.
Substitutions may be made at anytime, free of charge.
CIPFA reserve the right to change the programme at any time.
I can’t attend, but would like a copy of the speakers’ presentations from the conference? Delegate packs, including conference handbooks, can be purchased after the conference for £75 (+ VAT and P&P).
