Multiple bookings:
All CIPFA  member full conference delegate bookings and day bookings made after the first booking will receive a  discount off of the full cost. Please note the first booking will be charged at full rate.  Bookings must be made at the same time and from the same organisation.  This discount does not apply to students, retired or coporate members.

Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if cancellation is made by the 4th March 2012
• 50% refund if cancellation is made by the 3rd June 2012
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after the 3rd of June or for non attendance on the day.

Written notification of intent to cancel must be sent to Redactive Events Limited by recorded delivery
