Booking Terms and Conditions:
• 100% refund if cancellation is made by the 10 April 2013
• 50% refund if cancellation is made by the 9 June 2013
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after the 9th of June or for non attendance on the day.
Written notification of intent to cancel must be sent to Redactive Events Limited by recorded delivery.
Substitutions may be made at anytime, free of charge.
Venue
The Novotel London West hotel is located in Hammersmith; close in proximity to some of London’s best tourist highlights, including Harrods and Kensington Gardens. Each of the 630 rooms comes with internet access and satellite TV. The hotel has some of the biggest conference facilities in the area, with 35 meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 1,000 people for a conference and exhibition.
