Goran Persson to speak on Day 2 of the conference

Goran Persson - Prime Minister of Sweden from 1996 to 2006 and the leader of the Swedish Social Democratic Party from 1996 to 2007 is to speak at the CIPFA Annual Conference 2010.

He will be taking part in the 'Making the cut: Lessons from Sweden', session, chaired by Jaki Meekings-Davis.
