Patrick is a senior manager in Hampshire County Council's Property Services department and is a Board member for the National Improvement and Efficiency Partnership for the Built Environment (NIEP), as well as being joint lead for the NIEP's Asset Management workstream. Additionally, he leads Hampshire's Pathfinder for the government's Capital and Asset programme. Patrick joined local government from the private sector just under three years ago following nearly ten years with PA Consulting Group, where he led major property and asset infrastructure projects including a four year assignment with central government."
