Paul Millard

Paul Millard is operations director at Capita Software Services and has a wealth of management experience. In his current role he has successfully increased the number of customers using the Capita Revenues and Benefits software system from 72 to 140, 35 of whom comprise 13 successful shared service centres across the UK.

Paul previously worked for West Wiltshire District Council and was a key member of the Benefits Team having responsibilities for; system reconciliation, subsidy submissions, staff training, effective system usage and end-of-year completion.

Paul is a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
