Philippa Headley is Oracle’s Public Sector Specialist focusing on the critical issues of Enterprise Planning and Performance Management. She is a Principal Consultant having spent much of her career helping clients understand how to get better value from the information held within their systems. She is an experienced Oracle professional having worked alongside many challenging Public Sector organisations from which she is able to draw a vast pool of experience to assist clients.
